Q: Where can I deliver my orders to?
A: At this moment, we only deliver to registered addresses in Peninsular & East Malaysia only.
*Note* For deliveries to East Malaysia, please take note that shipment for certain products/items will not be allowed. Please refer to the product description under the product listing page before placing your order.
Q: Is international delivery available?
A: International shipping is not offered at the moment as currently our deliveries cover Peninsular & East Malaysia only.
Q: Are there any alternative options to receive my order?
A: Most definitely! You may choose the following options;
- Home delivery.
- Self-collect your order from your preferred Sunway Mall, direct from the retail store.
Please take note for orders that a large/bulky, the delivery will be fulfilled by the respective merchants via their appointed courier provider.
Q: What’s the estimated delivery duration for me to receive my order?
A: For order(s) within Peninsula Malaysia, the delivery duration will range between 3-5 days
For order(s) to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), the delivery duration will range between 3 -7 days
Q: Is there an option for express shipping?
A: Express shipping is unavailable at this moment.
Q: Is free shipping available?
A: Prevailing shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout page depending on your location.
Q: Can I combine shipping of multiple items in an order?
A: Purchases from the same mall, you will only be charged 1 delivery fee. However, if the order consists of items from 2 or more malls, shipping will be charged separately according to the location of the items.
Q: I still have not received my order, what should I do now ?
A: Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kindly check your ‘Order History’ under your Sunway eMall account.

Q: How do I edit my shipping details?
A: You may edit your shipping details in your account details section. Please take note that editing your shipping details is only possible before confirming your order. Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to make changes.
Q: Who are the delivery partners?
A: Our delivery partner is DHL eCommerce (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
Q: Can I schedule the delivery dates based on my availability?
A: Date scheduling is unavailable at this moment, as delivery dates are assigned based on DHL’s next shipment availability. However, please do take note that DHL will carry out two (2) delivery attempts. Upon failure on the third attempt, the package will be returned to the merchant.
If you are unavailable to receive your package, you may contact DHL’s customer service hotline at +603 3099 2800 or login to DHL eCommerce for the next delivery arrangement.
Q: How do I check if an item is deliverable to my area?
A: Shipping is possible to most registered addresses within Peninsular & East Malaysia. Please contact our delivery partner should you have any concerns.
