    Is an account needed to make purchases?

    Checking out your purchase as a guest is possible. However, you may register an account with us to make purchases, to keep track of your purchases and incoming orders, create a wishlist for future purchases and for hassle-free checkout.

     To kickstart your shopping journey with us, here is how you create your new account. Please note that new members will be automatically registered as a Sunway Pals member, which allows you to redeem and be awarded with Sunway Pals Points, which you can redeem during your next purchase.

     Log onto sunwayemall.com.my

    1. Click on the ‘Login/Register’ tab
    2. Click ‘register’
    3. Please fill out your personal details
    4. Ensure details are correct and click on complete registration
    5. Voila, you are all set ! Enjoy your new shopping journey!

     If you had previously registered with Sunway eMall, or Sunway Malls through past redemption or contest activities, you may proceed to login with your existing user account.

    How do I place an order?

    To place an order, please follow the steps below; 

    On the product page, click on the desired quantity.

    Add to cart and click View Cart


    Click “Proceed to Checkout”

    Enter your account details

    Click "Place My Order" and proceed to payment.


    Please do note for large or bulky items, delivery will be handled by the merchant via their preferred courier provider.

    Are the products sold authentic?

    All products sold online are genuine items and are direct from the retailers/manufacturers which guarantees product authenticity. Continue to shop with peace of mind!

    For further validation, you may contact the respective merchants for more details.

    Do you offer warranties on the products?
    Eligibility of product warranty will be listed by the merchant. Please read through the product description under the product page or alternatively, you may contact the merchant directly for clarification on specific product(s).

    How do I check if my order is confirmed?

    To check on your order confirmation, please refer to your registered email account for the order confirmation email or alternatively, you may check your Sunway eMall account under the ‘Order’ section for updates!

    How do I track my order delivery status?
    You may log on to your Sunway eMall account under My Order. Regular updates will be posted so do stay tuned!

    How do I subscribe to Sunway eMall’s e-newsletter?

    Once you have registered for an account with us, you will be automatically enrolled onto our e-newsletter subscription.

     If you wish to unsubscribe, please log onto your registered email address, click into an e-newsletter and click on ‘UNSUBSCRIBE’ at the bottom of the e-newsletter.

    When will I receive my order?

    Approximately 3 - 5 days after order has been processed by merchant for Peninsular Malaysia.

    Approximately 3 - 7 days after order has been processed by merchant for East Malaysia.

    Please expect slight delays for orders shipped during peak seasons.

    What kind of data does Sunway eMall collect from me?

    Sunway eMall is compliant to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010. We are committed to managing, processing and safeguarding your personal information in a compliant manner.

    How do I return my order?

    For returns, you may log in to your account, and go to “My Order” and  click “view”. There is a “Return” button available. If you make the purchase without registering an account, you may access this link https://www.sunwayemall.com/guestreturn to make your return. Please contact us or reach out to us on Facebook Messenger if you are still facing the issues and we'll be happy to assist you further!

    Please do note that you may return your order if the criteria below are met, except for Non-Returnable items.

    1. Wrong item received
    2. Incorrect sizing
    3. Tampered seal
    4. Defective product(s)
    5. Non-genuine product(s)

     Please ensure that the product is returned with all of its original packaging intact (tags, labels) and must be;

    1. Unopened
    2. Unworn and unwashed (if applicable)
    3. To include all paperwork, instructions and manuals that came together with the packaging (if applicable) including gift vouchers, complimentary gifts, accessories

     Non-Returnable items include:

    1. Undergarments/Innerwear
    2. Personalised Items
    3. Perishable food/goods
    4. Products stated in their description page as “Non-Returnable”
    5. Vouchers and e-Vouchers

    Who are the sellers?

    The merchants labelled [Brand Name (Mall)] are Sunway Malls’ participating tenants that are now on Sunway eMall. Merchants under this group prepares order to be collected and shipped to you by Sunway eMall via DHL. You may also opt for in-store pick up from the physical store provided the selected merchant enable this feature at the checkout page.

    The merchants labelled [Brand Name (Brand eStore) or (Authorized eStore)] are brand owners or independent authorized retailers. Merchants under this group will pack, ship and update the delivery status of your order individually. Self-pickup option is currently not available for this group of merchants.
